On-Site Registration Times and Locations
Registration will be held on the main entrance hall at the Huesca Convention Centre on Tuesday June 25 2019 from 15:00 to 17:30 and on Wednesdady June 26 2019 from 8:00 to 10:00. Be sure to come to the on-site registration to pick up your conference materials.
Updating Your Registration
To update your registration, add registration selections or make additional payments: return to the online registration page login and sign-in using the account you created. Click here to be brought to the online registration login page. Login to your account with you username and password. You should see a summary of your previously completed registration. You may also contact the Registration office at economybrachypodium@unizar.es
Registering another Attendee
To register another attendee, return to the online registration login page. You can then create a new account for that attendee using his/her own email address OR you can login to your account and add a new registration.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by the close of business (5pm EUT) on June 17, 2019, will receive a refund less a €60 cancellation-processing fee and any administrative fees. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after June 17, 2019. Attendees that need to cancel must contact the Registration office at economybrachypodium@unizar.es .
